2019 WEARABLE ART MANDURAH

‘PEOPLE’S CHOICE’ COMPETITION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The finalists for the 2019 Wearable Art Mandurah Artist of the Year have been chosen by the judging panel, with the winner to be announced at the event showcase on Saturday 15 June.

To celebrate all the incredibly creative works of art on the body designed by the 43 finalists, Visit Peel is running a “People’s Choice” competition to find out which garment fans think is the best.

From Monday 20 May, 2019 Visit Peel’s Facebook page will share images of the 43 finalists’ garments encouraging fans to vote for their favourite. Fans will have until Thursday 6 June, 2019 to vote.

By voting, fans will also go into the draw to win a weekend in Mandurah, including 2 tickets to the Wearable Art Mandurah showcase.

Contest Rules and Regulations

To enter the People’s Choice competition, simply hit “Like” on your favourite garment (or garments). “Like” the photo of your favourite garment(s) to vote.

  1. Each vote equals one entry into the draw.

  2. Entrants can like as many images as they wish.

  3. Entrants must like the individual photos to vote and be eligible for the competition – not the album post that the photo is included in.

  4. The winner will be generated by a random entry selector.

  5. Entries close Thursday 6 June at 11.59pm.

Voters will go into the draw to win the following prize package:

Terms and Conditions

  1. The competition is exclusive to Visit Peel Facebook page.

  2. A vote on the Wearable Art garments in the post equals an entry into the draw.

  3. Only “Likes”of the individual photos of a garment will count as a vote/entry. Comments do not count as an entry, nor does liking the album post that the individual garment photo is included in.

  4. Participants can “Like” as many photos of garments as they choose.

  5. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related companies are ineligible to enter.

  6. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.

  7. The prizes are non-transferable.

  8. Prizes are subject to availability and MAPTO reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

  9. MAPTO Inc will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or personal injury suffered or sustained, in connection with the promotion, the use of the prize or any act or omission of the promoter, the judges or their respective agents, employees or contractors.

  10. By entering, the entrant agrees that if they win, they may included in a post announcing the winner of the competition.

  11. The Winner will be generated by a random entry selector.

  12. Winners will be contacted by Facebook Messenger no later than Friday 7 June 2019.

  13. If prize is unclaimed within 2 days another winner will be selected at random.

  14. The winning entry will need to coordinate their own travel, accommodation and booking of tours outside of prize inclusions.

  15. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to MAPTO and not to Facebook. The information you provide will be used for this competition only and will not be shared with any party outside of MAPTO.
