We are committed to promoting Mandurah as a must-visit destination to increase visitor numbers, length of stay and visitor spending.
Mandurah Tourism Incorporated (MTI) t/a Visit Mandurah is the peak tourism body for Mandurah and funded by the City of Mandurah. Established to increase the level of tourism visitation and expenditure in Mandurah and surrounds, Visit Mandurah is responsible for destination marketing, destination development and the management of the Mandurah Visitor Centre.
What We Do
Destination Marketing
- Lead agency in all tourism communications and promotions - Inspire visitors and locals alike to visit and explore Mandurah;
- Build the brand of Mandurah as a visitor destination and embed ‘Mandurah - Relaxed by Nature’ message;
- Provide inspiration and information to connect visitors with the experiences they desire;
- Work cooperatively with Destination Perth and Tourism Western Australia for opportunities to leverage broader campaigns and insights into wider tourism trends; and
- Promote City Of Mandurah events (if relevant for tourism) along with other events and things to do.
Destination Development
- Support tourism industry through engagement and business development initiatives to support tourism operators to achieve best practise and sustainable operations;
- Work with stakeholders to support industry growth by encouraging investment in infrastructure development and tourism products to position Mandurah as a great place to live, visit and do business;
- Track visitation, satisfaction and perceptions; and
- Encourage and facilitate private and public sector investment for infrastructure and facilities development.

Our Key Strategic Objectives
- Develop the ‘Mandurah- Relaxed by Nature” brand through measurable destination marketing to raise awareness and inspire visitors from our key target markets;
- Leverage Mandurah’s natural assets, experiences and attractions and grow destination appeal and recognition to drive visitation;
- Help Mandurah reach its tourism potential by encouraging and facilitating the delivery of critical infrastructure;
- Champion an innovative and collaborative tourism industry that supports local business and drives economic growth; and
- Provide excellent face to face and digital visitor servicing that exceed visitor expectations.
