West Coast Motor Museum

Founded in 1987 West Coast Motor Museum showcases over 50 vehicles from 1915 onwards. The museum also houses a workshop and machine shop so that all restoration and maintenance work can be managed on site. Our collection is mainly original unrestored cars & trucks as they were used every day.

Description

Owners Ron West & Ron Meredith's long association first began in 1957 at Forrestfield where cars from the 1930's and 1940's were converted into hot rods and raced. Now their work involves the preservation of these and many more vehicles so that the future generations and motor enthusiasts can re-discover Western Australia's motoring history. We have an extensive collection of speedcars from Claremont Speedway during the 1950 & 1960's. There is a 1950's themed diner and our unique barbeque facilities are available to use. Use your favourite caterer for club events & functions. BYO food and non-alcoholic drinks. Tea & Coffee supplied only. Open by appointment, please ring to confirm.
